Our story
We're a small-batch roastery on the east bank, chasing bright, clean cups since 2016. Every bag is roasted to order in our cast-iron drum, rested for 48 hours, and shipped within the week — so what lands on your doorstep tastes like it just left the cooling tray. Direct-trade beans, compostable bags, and a standing invitation to come taste at the next market.
