Pricing questions
How does pricing work?
Asemblie charges a flat event fee based on vendor count, paid before your event goes live:
- 1–10 vendors: $149 per event
- 11–25 vendors: $299 per event
- 26–50 vendors: $499 per event
- 51–100 vendors: $799 per event
- 100+ vendors: $1,199 per event
On top of that, Asemblie takes a 0.75% platform fee on sales processed through the platform — applied automatically on each transaction, so you never pay it manually. Building your event is completely free until you publish.
How do vendor booth fees work?
You set your own booth fee structure per event: a flat fee vendors pay upfront during onboarding, a percentage of vendor sales, both, or free. Booth fees are paid via Stripe directly to your connected Stripe account during vendor onboarding — Asemblie facilitates the payment but takes no cut of booth fees.
Do I handle the vendors' money?
No. Asemblie uses Stripe Connect: each vendor connects their own Stripe account, and guests pay each vendor directly. Vendor revenue never touches your account or Asemblie's. You receive booth fees (if you charge them) into your own Stripe account, and you see all sales data read-only in your analytics dashboard.
Do I have to pay a booth fee?
That depends on your organizer — they set the booth fee structure for their event. It may be a flat fee paid during onboarding, a percentage of your sales, both, or free. If there's an upfront fee, you pay it via Stripe during booth setup, and it goes to the organizer (Asemblie takes no cut of booth fees).
What fees come out of my sales?
Each sale is processed through your own Stripe account, so standard Stripe processing fees apply. Asemblie automatically collects a small 0.75% platform fee per transaction, and your organizer may take a revenue share if that's part of your booth agreement. Everything else is yours, paid straight into your Stripe account.
